If you have a problem with your machine, follow the steps below:
- Step 1: call 020 8202 3928 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Step 2: we will advise you on how to go about getting the machine to our workshop for inspection by our engineer
- Step 3: once we have diagnosed the issue, we will contact you with the diagnosis and any applicable charges (if out of warranty) before carrying out the work
- Step 4: we will let you know when your machine is fixed and ready for collection/shipping
