Many other chocolates require that you add oil before using them in chocolate fountains, but doing so spoils the flavour. This luxury Belgian white chocolate achieves the right texture through the use of a higher proportion of cocoa butter.  Not only does this make it smoother when flowing through a chocolate fountain, but it also makes it better tasting and healthier.
