Designed specifically for operator-side use, the Open Dual Rack Popcorn Topping Dispenser ##2396-00-100 from Gold Medal is LED lighted and features a rack and controls that are enclosed in a stainless cabinet. The rack holds two 35lbs boxes of topping and the forced air heating system controls the temperature of the cabinet to 120-130 degrees to keep your product warm and fluid. The foil heater in pedestal assures the perfect topping temperature of 110-130 degrees.
