If in need of replacing an individual part for your machine, we stock a large range of original equipment manufacturer parts and can quickly source anything not stocked. Please refer to your owner's manual prior ordering parts. These are authentic replacement parts from Gold Medal, not reproductions – always use original manufacturer parts for safety, reliability and performance. 

If you have a problem with your machine, follow the steps below:

• Step 1: call 020 8202 3928 or email sales@popcornandcandyfloss.com
• Step 2: we will advise you on how to go about getting the machine to our workshop for inspection by our engineer
• Step 3: once we have diagnosed the issue, we will contact you with the diagnosis and any applicable charges (if out of warranty) before carrying out the work
• Step 4: we will let you know when your machine is fixed and ready for collection/shipping
