At A1 Equipment, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Please read the information below to understand how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day, where possible.
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.
  • During peak periods (e.g. Christmas or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Next working day delivery applies to orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday.
  • For Saturday Delivery (before 12pm) order before 12pm on Friday
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as parcels are handled by third-party couriers.
  • All services exclude weekends and UK bank holidays unless stated otherwise.

Remote Areas & Offshore Locations

Next-day delivery does not apply to the following areas:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands
  • Scottish Islands

Northern Ireland deliveries:

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days

Additional delivery charges may apply for remote or offshore locations. 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Information

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are correct.
  • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave a calling card or arrange redelivery.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Food & Perishable Items

Please note:

  • Ready-made food items are dispatched with care but are non-returnable.
  • If food items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
