We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
Items should be returned new, unused and complete with all components and their original packaging intact. We regret that any items received that are not in a sellable condition will be returned to you. All returns will be inspected and a refund for the product(s) processed within 7 days of receipt of the parcel at our warehouse. This excludes non-stock items i.e. items that are brought in at special request. There is be a minimum of 25% restocking charge for such items.
Please note ready-made food items MAY NOT BE RETURNED due to heath issues and as they are made especially to order.
We recommend that you return the goods by registered post so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during transit.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS UPON ARRIVAL
If your goods arrive faulty/damaged you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items.
Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards. If, however, your item develops a fault, please contact customer services via our 'Contact Us' page. Refunds/exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
