CONDITIONS OF SALE

A1 Equipment Ltd has made every effort to ensure that the depictions on this website reflect the quality of the products and are correct as photographic processes allow. Products offered for sale may differ from those described or illustrated on this website due to later production changes in specifications, components or place of manufacture by ourselves or our suppliers. We therefore reserve the right in the interest of continual improvement in our product range and availability of merchandise and components to withdraw or modify products without prior notice. You are advised to consult us on any particular points before purchasing.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

Items should be returned new, unused and complete with all components and their original packaging intact. We regret that any items received that are not in a sellable condition will be returned to you. All returns will be inspected and a refund for the product(s) processed within 7 days of receipt of the parcel at our warehouse. This excludes non-stock items i.e. items that are brought in at special request. There is be a minimum of 25% restocking charge for such items. 

Please note ready made food items MAY NOT BE RETURNED due to heath issues and are made especially to order..

We recommend that you return the goods by registered post so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during transit.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS UPON ARRIVAL

If your goods arrive faulty/damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items.

Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards. If, however, your item develops a fault please contact customer services via our 'Contact Us' page. Refunds/exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain products are made to order – these are products that are not stock items but are ordered in on request. These are specifically not covered by our normal refund policy, so please ensure that this is exactly what you require before you order as you will be unable to change your mind and request a refund. Please do not hesitate to contact our sales department if you wish to clarify any specific details.
