TIRAS

TIRAS is our own waffle mix brand, made for sites turning out waffles all day. A straightforward mix that performs the same from the first batch to the last, without the inconsistency that catches out a busy counter.

A waffle mix only has one job, which is to behave identically every time. Too much variation between batches and a site ends up adjusting ratios mid service, which is how a queue backs up.

TIRAS sits alongside our wider waffle and crepe mix range if you need a different format, and the waffle makers that cook it.

Buy TIRAS at A1 Equipment with free delivery on orders over £150. Order before 2pm Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery.
