The Boska mozzarella cheese cutter is the perfect solution for quickly slicing large volumes of delicious mozzarella cheese.

Designed to cut up to 56 slices at a thickness of 0.5 cm at a time, all it takes is one movement and the cheese is ready to go. Aside from mozzarella, the slicer can also be used to cut goat cheese and other similar soft cheeses without rinds. You can even use it to cut tofu and marzipan.

Uniquely with the Boska mozzarella cutter, the wires are short, individual wires. This means that if one of the wires breaks, you can replace it individually, rather than having to repair the entire cutting mechanism.
