Slice and serve in one go with this handy stainless steel pastry server from Déglon Sabatier. Boasting a wide base and comfortable handle, the slicer keeps the food balanced on the utensil to prevent spills and help you plate with precision. The polypropylene handle also features a notch which allows the utensil to rest securely onto the rim of a tray, preventing the tool from slipping into the food or onto the floor. Made from stainless steel, the server is incredibly robust and durable, allowing it to withstand the demands of any busy commercial kitchen. The utensil is also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Heat resistant up to 120°C (248°F).
