Flossugar from Gold Medal is a wonderful blend of sugar and colouring for the professional candy floss maker. It's perhaps the most popular sugar for candy floss machines! It has been made using a carefully selected sugar whose size is graded between fine and coarse for optimum flossing performance. The colours have been "brightened" ensuring an attractive look without exceeding FDA directives for food colouring. With no messy mixing or sugar buckets, Flossugar is ready to use right from the box by pouring directly into the spinner head and easy to change colours each time you add sugar.
