Description

JMP Milk Chocolate Chunks - 10kg

Product Details:

Add a generous burst of milk chocolate flavor to your bakes with these milk chocolate chunks! Perfect for cakes, chocolate chip cookies, buns, and rolls, they offer a rich, intense cocoa taste and a satisfying chunky bite. Their unique formulation, with less cocoa butter, ensures they withstand oven temperatures up to 200°C, making them ideal for longer bakes like American cookies, brownies, muffins, and cakes. Their medium size prevents them from melting away, keeping the perfect chunkiness in every bite.

Pro Tip: To preserve the chunks' texture and color, add them to the dough at the very end of the kneading process. This ensures they stay intact during baking while keeping your dough from turning too dark.
