PME's cocoa velvet spray adds a gorgeous velvety texture to cakes and desserts, akin to a professional dusting of icing sugar but without the mess. It works beautifully on chocolates, cakes, cupcakes, ice-cream, mousse, cheesecakes and other desserts, and will lift even the simplest dessert to the next level by adding an attractive textured finish.

PME's cocoa velvet spray is made with real cocoa butter, so it will not alter the taste of your cake or dessert. For best results, apply the spray when the dessert is slightly chilled.
