This clear, transparent piping gel from PME is a must-have for cake decorators. It can be used for writing, highlighting or glazing cakes before icing. The piping gel can be mixed with royal icing to create string work or used to stick sugar paste to polystyrene dummy cakes. You can also tint it blue to make it look like water.
