Rather than traditional lining, flouring or greasing the baking tray, simply spray the Release-a-cake into the tin. The formulation is an advanced food safe releasing agent based on canola oil, which adds a very thin layer between the tin and the food. Once cooked, the cake, confectionary or bread is easily removed without the need for cutting or knocking. By using the Release-a-cake spray, you save time, reduce food waste and extend the lifespan of your baking trays and tins.
