The 700x500mm Scaritech shaping mat TF003 is a high quality solution designed for forming and shaping bread, as well as pastry doughs. The top surface is made of felted wool, which prevents dough from sticking, while the bottom has a non-slip silicone surface to keep the mat stable on your work surface.

The mat provides a large area for dough preparation and offers a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean. The flexible nature of the mat ensures it can be rolled or folded for storage.
