1 batch Donoco Donut Mix -1 kg
Cold Water - 600 g
Total - 1,600 g


Machine Mixing
1. Place mix into bowl.
2. Add water and mix on slow speed for 15 seconds, then 45 seconds medium speed. DO NOT OVERMIX
3. Place dough into hopper.
4. Fry at 195°C

*Approximately 400 x 50g doughnut portions per 12.5kg bag. MX8210
