Colour/Appearance: Prior to further processing, a pale off-white fine dry powder
Texture: Powder
Flavour: Sweet, vanilla

Instructions:

Machine Mixing
1. Place mix into bowl
2. Add water and mix on slow speed for 15 seconds, then 45 seconds medium speed
DO NOT OVERMIX
3. Place dough into hopper
4. Fry at 195°C

To Hand Mix
Use a strong spoon or spatula until a creamy lump free texture is achieved.

WARNING 
Using additional water or poor quality oil and frying at a too low temperature will severely affect the quality of the product.
