Quick set chocolate

After tryin this new chocolate as the replacement for the quick set chocolate in the blocks it works perfectly in my chocolate marshmallow machine. With the right temperature it stays liquified and sets very quick and the taste is still very good. Where it’s in the big plastic tub it keeps it fresher and cleaner than in the boxes. Very impressed and well worth the price of it. So all in all very happy with the new chocolate
