Product Details:

Haynes Lubri-Film Plus: Premium Lubricant for Rubber Preservation and Equipment Longevity

Haynes Lubri-Film Plus is a high-performance lubricant designed to preserve rubber components, particularly those made from buna/nitrile, while ensuring smooth, long-lasting lubrication throughout the application process. Unlike standard lubricants, Lubri-Film Plus stays on the application longer, reducing the need for frequent re-lubrication and allowing for extended intervals between maintenance. This makes it a time-saving solution that improves operational efficiency, reducing downtime during assembly and breakdown procedures.

This lubricant is particularly beneficial for its ability to wear evenly across all moving parts, preventing metal-to-metal contact and minimizing the risk of equipment damage. It doesn’t dry out or gum up on equipment, and is highly resistant to separation or bleed, ensuring consistent lubrication even in demanding conditions. Haynes Lubri-Film Plus is easily cleaned off the equipment, requiring hot water at temperatures of up to 99°C for removal, which is ideal for applications requiring prolonged lubricant presence.

Difference Between Haynes Lubri-Film Plus and CIP BrewFilm:

While both Haynes Lubri-Film Plus and CIP BrewFilm share similarities in their lubrication properties, the key difference lies in their wash-off temperatures. Haynes Lubri-Film Plus is designed to remain effective at higher temperatures, washing off at approximately 99°C, making it more persistent and ideal for longer lubrication intervals. In contrast, CIP BrewFilm washes off at around 50°C, making it a better option if you need a lubricant that can be easily removed with hot water rather than boiling water.

In summary, Haynes Lubri-Film Plus is ideal for situations where longer-lasting lubrication and more heat-resistant properties are needed, while CIP BrewFilm is more suitable for scenarios where quicker removal at lower temperatures is a priority.
