Description

A traditional snack and dessert in Spain, Mexico and Latin America, churros are delightfully crunchy and, when dusted with sugar and dunked in dulce de leche, caramel, white and chocolate dipping sauces. A great menu option for both bars and restaurants.

PRODUCT USAGE

Storage instructions:
Store at -18ºC. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.

Directions for use:
Fry without defrosting in a pan with plenty of hot oil or in a deep fat fryer at 180°C-200°C. Cook for 3 minutes.
