Description

ONERO Soft Serve Vanilla Flavour 2.5 kg

Made with premium British and Irish milk, ONERO powders give ice cream professionals a rich, creamy soft-serve with excellent profitability. Unlike most liquid mixes with palm oil or UHT-treated bases, ONERO uses only dairy fats and high full-cream milk powder for superior taste and texture.

Kosher & Halal

Why Powder?
Powder mixes are lighter, longer-lasting, and more cost-effective than bulky liquid alternatives. They avoid the cooked taste from UHT processing, reduce waste, and let you adjust ratios to suit your recipe.

Easy to Use
Mix 1kg powder with 2.2L water, blend until smooth, and pour into your machine.

Yields

  • 1kg powder = 3–3.5kg mix

  • 2.5kg tub = 8–9kg soft serve (about 70–90 portions)
