Preheat your waffle iron.
Whisk together eggs and milk, then pour into the waffle mix. Stir until smooth.
Slowly add melted butter until fully incorporated.
Batter should resemble thick cream or custard. Add a little more milk if too thick.
(Using liquid margarine may create a slightly thinner batter this is normal.)
Rest the batter for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
Cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
Avoid overfilling the iron.
