If you have a problem with your machine, follow the steps below:
Step 2: we will advise you on how to go about getting the machine to our workshop for inspection by our engineer
Step 3: once we have diagnosed the issue, we will contact you with the diagnosis and any applicable charges (if out of warranty) before carrying out the work
Step 4: we will let you know when your machine is fixed and ready for collection/shipping
