A new and wonderful twist on the traditional churro, these churros have a delightful chocolate filling that make a fantastic dessert option for casual dining and grab-and-go concepts. Suitable for vegetarians.

Churros length: 10cm (3.9inches) approx.

Temperature: Frozen

Quantity: 3 x 1kg (approx. 30 per bag)

Ingredients: Churro dough: Water, wheat flour and salt.
Chocolate cream filling (15%): sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), fat reduced cocoa powder (12% minimum), Modified starch (E1414), hazelnut paste (1.8 %), emulsifier (E322), vegetable fat (palm) and flavouring (hazelnut and vanilla)).

PRODUCT USAGE

Storage instructions:
Store at -18ºC. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.

Directions for use:
Fry without defrosting in a pan with plenty of hot oil or in a deep fat fryer at 180°C-200°C. Cook for 3 minutes until golden brown.
