Recipe:

560gr of flour per 1L of water
1kg of finished dough, can make around 45 straight churros, size 12-14 cm long.
Of course, if a bigger nozzle is used then it will be less.

The ingredients are on the bag of the flour and is only wheats flour, no other ingredients.

Instructions:

• 1 L. boiling water
• 520 - 570 gr. Special flour for churros
• 15 gr. salt.

1. Heat the water with salt.
2. When the water is boiling, mix all the ingredients (1 minute in the automatic mixer).
3. The dough must be firm and solid (not sticky).
4. Fry the dough with vegetable oil (sunflower oil), at 190oC – 210oC. Spin the oil while frying.
5. When churros are golden (2 minutes aprox.) put them in a drying tray and add sugar to your taste.
