Supplied in a 1 kg food-grade jerry can, it delivers a bold, fruity Iron Brew-style flavour along with a vibrant deep orange colour perfect for creating fun and nostalgic products.
Crafted from glucose syrup, sugar, invert sugar syrup, and flavouring, it includes colour additives such as Tartrazine (E102), Allura Red (E129), and Carmoisine (E122) to achieve a consistent and eye-catching finish. The paste disperses smoothly into both hot and cold bases without streaking, making it ideal for artisan and large-scale use.
Recommended usage is 30–50 g per litre, offering a strong flavour impact with cost-effective performance.
